During a week in the South of France, of course, we hiked a lot (Nice, Juan Les Pins, Antibes, Monaco) but this was the only "real" hike.

No Munro's during this adventure:

Flown into Nice and deliberately chose a quiet little village.

Did not rent a car because we were close to a bus and train station.
This worked super although we were "unlucky" after this day because the train was completely full.

Uber booked which did show up but arrived on the other side of the station
and just picked people up there.
That's the nice thing about this app though; you can obviously see where the vehicle is.

Then we walked to a restaurant and had a delicious meal.
Then ordered an Uber and headed for the cottage.
